What SDRs say:

"Jonas is awesome. I went from booking barely 1 meeting a week to 3-4 which was great considering how difficult the UK market can be. Also, he’ll teach you so many skills outside of sales."
Rian Dillon,
SDR,
Solvemate

„Working with Jonas enabled me to ramp up quickly as a new SDR leading to me booking 5x meetings in one day and 13x meetings in one week in my 3rd and 4th month. I can attribute this to me implementing the lessons I learned with him.“
Richard O'Connor,
SDR,
Makersite

„Jonas is an excellent coach who helped me quickly learn cold calling for the CAE industry. When we started our coaching sessions, I had no sales experience, and by the end I had achieved a record 5 meetings booked in 1 week. Can't say enough how much of a pleasure it was to work with him!“

You want more success via LinkedIn and email? You want to write so it sounds human?

Who is Jonas?

My name is Jonas Gesslein. I started in face2face sales in 2007, cold approaching strangers for NGOs. Since then I trained and coached 500+ sales reps. Years later, I have worked with SDRs from all over the world. What motivates me is that the art of cold approaching benefits people because you have to understand human communication, emotions, psychology and actually apply it.

Does any of this apply?

You want to book more meetings from cold outreach?

Most SDRs think they don't book enough meetings because they reached the limit and they are doing everything they can already. But that's never true. You can always increase conversions. But you need an external perspective if you don't know how to do it anymore. I can teach you how you can improve your own system on your won.

You want more opportunities from outbound?

Many SDRs complain that it's up to the AEs if it is an opportunity and therefore not within their control. However, what if your AEs called you up and asked you where you found this great lead with excellent timing? This is what regularly happened to me as an SDR. I teach you how to achieve this. To get that kind of feedback you have to become more proficient in understanding business as a whole and being able to talk to executives on eye level and understand real opportunities yourself.

You don't have a lot of conversations on the phone (the connected rate is low)?

Many SDRs complain that they don't have a lot of conversations. There are several ways however how to optimise your connected rate that you haven't tried yet. Additionally, the real problem is really the conversion from a real conversation to a meeting booked. And when I listen to the recordings it becomes evident: They don't book all the meetings they could because they share information but they are not aware of psychology, subtle cues and when to handle objections and when not. Most importantly, most SDRs don't know how to build trust which is much more important than sharing information. I show you how to come across like a self-confident executive, and not like a junior SDR.

You are experienced and want sparring?

There is a reason why athletes like Cristiano Ronaldo always have external coaches who they hire. The only way to progress is by getting a fresh perspective and see what you don't see. Additionally, the accountability to incrementally work on a specific topic, systematically follow up on it and iterating to improving the result even if first does not work is exactly the reason why external coaching makes it much easier to progress than just by yourself.
